Article 1. | General
1.1 The General Terms and Conditions of JNNY apply to all offers, products, orders, agreements and deliveries of JNNY. When you order an item, you agree to these conditions. So read them carefully before placing an order. If you have any questions about these conditions, please contact JNNY via info@jnny.nl
Article 2. | Agreement and Order
2.1 The agreement is binding at the moment you place an order. JNNY will process the order after payment has been received. Until that moment, JNNY is the sole owner of the products.
2.2 Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirming that payment has been accepted and an email with the invoice and details of your order.
Article 3. | Payment and Payment Methods
3.1 At JNNY you can choose from four secure payment methods: Ideal, Paypal, Creditcard and ApplePay.
3.2 If JNNY has accidentally listed an incorrect price on the website – and it is clearly a mistake – we have the right to adjust it. Even if you have already ordered that item.
3.3 All product prices on www.jnny.nl include VAT.
3.4 Credit card details such as credit card number, expiration date, etc., are automatically transferred via an encrypted and secure system to the paymaster without JNNY or others having access to these data. Even in the event of a possible refund, full credit card details are not visible. If you pay with Visa or Mastercard, there is additional protection through special verification methods (Verified by Visa or Mastercard Secure Code).
Article 4. | Delivery
4.1 JNNY products are delivered by post.
4.2 If you have accidentally provided an incorrect delivery address, selected the wrong delivery option or were not at home when PostNL came to deliver the package – and therefore additional costs apply – JNNY will charge you these additional costs.
4.3 JNNY will ship the order as soon as possible after payment of the agreement. JNNY always strives to ensure that you receive your order within the expected delivery time. If this is not possible for any reason (an item is temporarily out of stock or the courier service is on hold), we will let you know immediately.
4.4 Up to and including the moment of delivery, JNNY bears the responsibility for the order. After delivery, the responsibility is transferred to you.
4.5 Please note that the delivery times mentioned in article 5 are the expected delivery times. In the event that a product is not delivered within the expected period, it is not possible to file a claim. However, JNNY will always do everything in its power to ensure that your order arrives on time.

Article 6. | Inspection period
6.1 JNNY strives to make all customers happy with their purchase. However, we recommend that you check the quality and quantity of products within fourteen working days. If something is not right, please send an e-mail to info@jnny.nl
Article 7. | Returns & Exchanges
7.1 We hope that you are happy with your purchase. If that is not the case, you have fourteen days from the date you received your order to return the product.
7.2 The costs and responsibility of the return shipment are at your expense.
7.3 If goods are used, worn, damaged or incomplete, we have the right to refuse the returned items.
7.4 Refunds will be made within 14 working days after receipt and inspection.
7.5 JNNY can only transfer the refund to the account with which the original payment was made.
Article 8. | Warranty
8.1 After the fourteen-day inspection period (article 6.1), JNNY provides a two-month warranty on the quality of the product. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product, please send an email to info@jnny.nl .
8.2 JNNY will propose a suitable alternative, but JNNY decides which of the following options is chosen.

Replacement
Refund
8.3 In the case of a refund, the refund will be made within 14 working days after receipt and inspection.
8.4 If we repair or replace the item, this may take up to 14 working days.
8.5 The warranty expires if the product has defects that have been caused by improper use, or if you or others have made or attempted to make changes to the product, or if it has been used in a way for which the item is not intended.
Article 9. | Copyright
9.1 All photos and images used by JNNY are protected by copyright. Photos and images may not be reproduced and used publicly without written permission from JNNY.
Article 10. | Disputes
10.1 All legal relationships are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
